The Friends of the York Archaeological Trust is an independent, volunteer organised, fundraising charity supporting the work of one of Britain’s leading archaeological organisations, York Archaeological Trust (YAT). With offices in York, Sheffield and Nottingham as well as four attractions in York (including the world famous JORVIK Viking Centre) YAT strives to build better lives through heritage for the good of everyone.
